Our Story
Having worked together for the last 8 Years at Carter Shaw Estate Agents.
Having built up a solid reputation as trusted local estate agents predominantly covering the Parkstone, Branksome and all BH12 postcodes . We felt this was the right
time to branch out under our new Brand "Lawrence & Rudge" to offer a service that we can get behind and is now fully in our control.
We are also now in a position where we can offer our clients our
Lettings and Full Management services.
Now working remotely we are able to be more adaptable for clients and their needs and timescales. Not be tied to an office we are able to provide service which is more modern, dynamic and still personal to clients when dealing with their Property journey.
